    Honorée Fannone Jeffers, author of her second poetry book, Outlandish Blues, was awarded the Alan Collins Fellowship in Poetry at the Bread Load Writers’ Conference, one of America's oldest literary programs, held in August at Middlebury College, Middlebury, Vermont.
